Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer:
The customer has the right to make a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer, UMILE does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Returned products must have a complete set of tags and cannot bear traces of use. A return form, available on the last page of the Regulations, must be attached to the shipment.

UMÍLE SHOP does not exchange products directly. In order to exchange, the purchased product must be returned and a new order must be placed.
In order to make a complaint, the defective product should be sent back together with a description of the defect and proof of purchase to the address provided for returns. Detailed rules for Complaints are specified in the Regulations.
When shopping, the customer may ask for a VAT invoice. The request should be submitted via e-mail to the following address: contact@umile.shop
